Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Air Adventures.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Air Adventures. By accessing our website, submitting a query, or making a booking through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Important: Air Adventures acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, as well as the terms and conditions of the respective airline(s) involved in your travel.

These terms may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submission of a query through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and provide a formal quote.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary for different airlines. However, most airlines follow the following payment structure:

  • Booking Deposit: 25% – 30% of total fare is required at the time of acceptance to secure the booking.
  • Final Payment: Remaining payment is due 15 / 21 / 30 days prior to departure depending on airline and group size.
2.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • Credit Card / Debit Card (2.5% convenience fee may apply)
  • UPI
  • Cheque (subject to clearance)

Note: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.4 Pricing

All prices quoted are based on current airline tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates. While we strive to maintain quoted prices, fares might increase due to:

  • Fluctuations in airline taxes or fuel surcharges
  • Currency exchange rate variations
  • Changes in government taxes or levies
  • Airline-imposed price changes

Any such changes will be communicated to you immediately.

3. Cancellation / Reschedule and Refunds

3.1 Changes by You

Cancellation or date change requests must be received in writing via email. The date of receipt of your email will determine the charges applicable. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 24 hours of the receipt of the same from the airline.

3.2 Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If an airline cancels a flight, we will notify you immediately and assist with:

  • Re-booking on an alternate flight (if available and acceptable to you)
  • Processing a full refund as per airline policy

Air Adventures does not charge any service fee for processing airline-initiated cancellations or refunds.

4. Passenger Names

  • Passenger names must be submitted within the specified time limit shared at the time of booking.
  • If names are not submitted within the required time limit, the airline reserves the right to cancel the ticket or impose penalties.
  • Name changes in group bookings are subject to airline policy. Most airlines allow name changes up to 7 days before departure, usually with a fee.

5. Travel Documents and Identification

It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to:

  • Ensure they have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity for international travel).
  • Obtain necessary visas for their destination and transit points.
  • Carry government-issued photo ID for domestic travel (Aadhaar, Driver's License, Voter ID, Passport).
  • Meet all health requirements (vaccinations, medical certificates, etc.).

Important: Air Adventures is not liable for any denial of boarding, deportation, or fines resulting from improper documentation. Passengers should verify all requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Adventures' liability is limited as follows:

  • As an Intermediary: We act as a booking agent for airlines and are not directly responsible for flight operations or third-party services.
  • Maximum Liability: Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booking in question.
  • Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages such as loss of enjoyment, business opportunities, or emotional distress.
  • Delays and Disruptions: We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

Air Adventures is not liable for any changes to airline policies, flight schedules, or actions taken by airlines that affect your travel. However, we will assist you to the best of our ability in resolving any issues.

All bookings made through Air Adventures are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline(s), including baggage policies, check-in deadlines, boarding regulations, and fare rules.
